Assignment Description

We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to our client.

The team is comprised of 11 skilled HR professionals, evenly balanced in gender with 6 males and 6 females. Distributed across:

  • Sweden (where the team includes 2 HR Business Partners in the Nordic region focusing on Customer Services, 3 HR BPs working for Strategic Development (mainly IT)),
  • Germany: 3 HR BPs supporting IT,
  • Netherlands: 3 HR BPs (including an external consultant) working on IT and local SFs.

Most team members are senior HR professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields.

Tasks:

  • Partner closely with a designated Staff Function (SF) to develop and execute a strategic HR agenda.
  • Operate as an advisor and coach to senior management and provide strategic HR management advice.
  • Support in topics connected to organizational development and change management.
  • Close cooperation with HRBP´s and managers for our different Staff Functions and support in HRBP related topics within the Swedish scope.
  • Secure that the HR policies and instructions of Vattenfall in Sweden, as well as legal HR procedures are followed.

Contacts and negotiations with Unions in cooperation with Staff Function HR Industrial Relations.

Qualifications:

  • Broad HR generalist experience – Bachelors or Master degree in human resources or business related field (or equivalent HR working experience)
  • Sound up to date knowledge in Swedish labour law, employment legislation
  • Strategic HR business partnering and management experience in medium to large enterprises involving complex business processes and multiple business units, preferably in international environment (expert position)
  • Fluent English is a must.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working as an HR BP with IT/ high tech organization is a merit
