Assignment Description:
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a SW Integrator/Configuration Zone Controller – Base Software.
Within the Agile Release Train Core System Components (ARTCSC) of Software & Electronics Platforms, they develop Zone Controllers for the new fully electrical platform. This represents a significant challenge in the new platform, and they are assembling a new team to configure the base software for the multifunctional units. These units will include body controllers, I/O controllers, electrical power distribution units, gateways, and electrical power supply components. The team works on solutions from the early concept stage through to industrialization and subsequent field follow-up.
They are committed to building cross-functional and empowered teams in an agile environment. Currently, they are seeking a talented individual with Autosar experience to join their agile development teams for this exciting journey. They envision you as someone who enjoys being part of a team in its startup phase. You will play a significant role in forming this team with your experience and later introducing new colleagues along the way.
The teams will configure and develop the software stack (BSW) in close collaboration with suppliers and external teams. They will be involved in the entire implementation chain, from verifying to delivering the complete ECU for manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Autosar Basic Software (SW) configuration expertise to integrate various parts of the software stack configuration, ensuring seamless integration with other Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
- Contribute to establishing an automated workflow for continuous integration and testing of new software.
- Address fault reports and debug software baselines.
- Collaborate closely with multiple expert competencies, both internal and external to the client’s organization.
- Benefit from ARTCSC’s extensive expertise, fostering long-term development and expanding knowledge across various fields.
Qualifications:
- Holds a B.Sc. or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or related fields. An M.Sc. is advantageous.
- Experience in automotive software design and development, particularly in Autosar Basic Software (SW) configuration and related tools such as Mentor VSB.
- Background in continuous integration and automation, using tools like Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Conan, and CMake.
- Proficient in embedded software testing and automotive communication protocols.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 standards.
- Knowledge of Vector tools, including CANoe, CANalyzer, and Elektra, as well as experience with Matlab/Simulink and SystemWeaver, is beneficial.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Embedded platform knowledge.
- Autosar basics: Communication, Gateway, architecture.
- Tools: CANoe, Can analyzer.
- Basic software Autosar configuration tools: Siemens Capital Embedded Integrator, or Vector Da Vinci Tool.
- Skilled in AUTOSAR.
