Assignment Description

• The scrum master will facilitate scrum ceremonies for one of the clients agile development team within the analytics area and work closely with the business Product Owners, Solution designers, Data engineers and data scientists.
• The scrum master will enable the team to deliver technical solutions and to solve complex technical problems and enable the data for the client’s business and customers.
• Lead and grow a team of hardworking engineers by being a coach, mentor and inspire them to be their best.
• Remove impediments and obstacles to enhance team productivity and success.
• Drive collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on team progress, identifying areas for improvement.

You will work closely and report to the Manager of Analytics to make sure efficient resource planning and a great team health.

Requirements

• Several years working as a Scrum Master (5+) Experience in running IT projects / Agile team within IT.
• Swedish speaking Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an agile environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Analytics domain (such as building pipelines with SQL/Python, Azure cloud, Databricks, Datafactory) is a bonus.
