Rollout Manager

Assignment description

In this role you will coordinate the tactical implementation of initiatives as per the domain roadmap. The Rollout Manager is responsible for the initiative milestones, coordinating the intra- domain implementation activities and collaborating with the Digital PMO Project Manager to ensure communication and transparency with stakeholders.

Deliveries

• Coordination of initiative implementation
• Coordinate with Digital Leads to align on milestones and status and secure initiative scope
  timing of the deliveries
• Collaborate with Digital PMO Project Manager to ensure stakeholder management
• Ensure specific initiative local requirements are gathered and understood
• Identify obstacles and facilitate resolutions or escalate as needed
• Interact with other teams and colleagues outside the team to foster collaboration

Competence requirements

• Proven track record of performing in a similar role, with demonstrable skills of leading teams towards a product vision in an agile setting
• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
• Efficient communicator, comfortable speaking with business stakeholders
• Understanding of driving the implementation process within an agile framework
• Understanding and knowledge of the business and market considerations
