Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager – ServiceNOW.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and end users to develop rollout plans and implement Service Assurance workflow solution based on ServiceNOW.
  • Ensure necessary training and user adaptation for the rollout.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Process Managers, Product Managers, and Test Leads to create corresponding implementation plans.
  • Coordinate and follow up on go-live activities.
  • Develop a change management plan for each major milestone delivery, including communication, sponsor coaching, training, and resistance management. Identify individual and organizational changes.
  • Execute the change management plan: manage training on new functionalities and go-live, identify user transformation, and communicate follow-up.
  • Manage stakeholders related to change.
  • Follow up on adoption and usage of change after release (define adoption and usage metrics).

Required Competence/Experience:

  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (must-have).
  • Experience in online/remote management (must-have).
  • Previous experience as a successful People Change Manager, Training Lead, or Rollout Lead for IT systems (must-have).
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (must-have).
  • Experience working with ServiceNOW/ITSM implementation (preferred).
  • Experience working in the Service Assurance Domain (preferred).
  • Level 3 academic degree with 5 to 10 years of work experience.
