Assignment description

In this role your responsibilities will be:

• Will be responsible for API testing automation to help us support API-first approach
• Be able to understand the software internals and integrations between multiple applications, debug issues, and write automated tests with scripting and automation tools
• Be individual contributor capable of taking up tasks from start to end with minimal assistance
• Assist in implementing and maintaining a Continuous Testing process
• You will ensure that API quality gates are in place: documentation, standards, templates etc.
• You will participate in design and specification reviews sessions where you will use this information to design test scripts.
• You will promote quality by automation, tools and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Experience in JavaScript (preferable) or similar
• Experience in Postman
• Micro-services testing (REST)
• Experience in GIT
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar is a plus
• Experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus
