Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Analytics Engineer. They are looking for an analytics engineer to replace an employee that is on parental lave. The role is a professional who applies their skills in data analysis and programming to transform raw data into meaningful insights. They use a variety of technologies and tools to create, deploy, and maintain data systems that allow companies to gain and use knowledge from their data.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation
• Ability to effectively use data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and translating technical findings to a non-technical audience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt for transforming data in the data warehouse
• Familiarity with Snowflake, a cloud-based data warehousing platform
• Capability to design and build data pipelines to streamline the process of data transformation, aggregation, and storage
