Assignment description

Our customer is looking for a ServiceNow Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance platform functions for a smooth and automated process for global colleagues
• Work with team and stakeholders to create the best experience possible and explore future functions in the ServiceNow platform
• Improve and develop orderable services with a focus on customer value and efficiency
• Build workable solutions that meet user needs, functional, compliance, and quality requirements
• Translate business needs into working services and provide options for solution evolution

Mandatory skill requirements:

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, or HTML + SCSS
• Flow Designer or Service Portal Fundamentals micro certification or equivalent experience
• Request Management experience on the Now Platform

Qualifying skill requirements:

• Agile way of working experience
• IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals (on the ServiceNow platform)
• Service Operations Workspace
• Experience working with REST API
• Performance Analytics, Integration Hub, or AI Search experience
• Automated Test Framework experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL Certification
• Scripting knowledge in Bootstrap, JSON, PowerShell
• Service Portal Advanced or CSDM 3.0 fundamentals
• Operational management experience

Experience:

• High competence within the field
• Deeper and/or unique competence within one or more special areas
• Participation in several projects within the area
• Can be responsible for a part of the project/area and manage smaller working groups
• Mostly work independently
