Assignment Description

We are looking for a PMTI lead with Business Analyst skills to join the External Collaboration & PD Management team for our client in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will work with PMTI – Process, Methods, Tools, and Information, focusing on process development, business change, and digital tool development within their Engineering Framework.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Engineering regarding improvements to the way of working.
• Collaborate with other PMTI Leads to ensure consistency across PMTI Areas.
• Keep the PMTI description in PEF relevant and useful.
• Organize a collaborative network with Operational Leads, Digital Product teams, Virtual Improvement Teams, and Communities of Practice.
• Lead initiatives and projects in the area.
• Implement changes into the business.
• Perform regular BA tasks such as stakeholder and requirement management, workshop facilitation, process flow analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Have experience in process management, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Be tech-savvy with competence in SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, and a good understanding of KPIs and metrics.
• Previous experience as a GDL or RTE is beneficial.
