Assignment Description
Our Client in investment banking is looking for a Senior Employer Branding consultant for an assignment in Stockholm.
You will be working on-site 3 days per week.
You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive employer branding strategy that resonates with the Client’s mission and values. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and collaborative spirit to enhance the client brand’s appeal to top-tier talent across various platforms. You need to be able to work both strategically and tactically – this is both a visionary and hands-on role. You will report to Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll do:
- **Employer Branding Strategy Development:**Develop and execute dynamic branding strategies for new locations and products, aligning with the expansion and future hiring goals.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s communications and HR teams to develop engaging content that highlights their unique workplace culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
- Digital Attraction: Establish a robust digital attraction strategy across social media, online publications, partnerships, website and recruitment channels, with a focus on analyzing performance data to optimize reach and engagement.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Refine the candidate journey from the client’s career site through to application, the recruitment process all the way to onboarding – elevating the overall candidate experience.
- HR Team Toolkit: Curate a toolkit to empower HR Business Partner teams (and hiring managers) to best position as the employer of choice – driving a consistent narrative across recruitments and enabling a world class candidate experience.
- Visibility & Performance Campaigns: Oversee the creation and performance of programmatic campaigns and manage sponsorships to boost job opening visibility. This can also include paid for advertisement.
- Strategic Candidate Pipeline Development: Cultivate a strategic pipeline of potential candidates, analyzing conversion rates from various sources such as partnerships, networking, and internships to ensure getting the biggest bang for the buck!
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Partner with the client’s HR Insights team to ensure they are taking a data-driven approach to recruitment – utilizing KPIs to enhance diversity within candidate pipelines and support recruitment efforts quantifiably.

- Recruitment Toolkit for HR and hiring managers.
- Increased visibility and performance of the client’s recruitment efforts through effective campaigns and sponsorships.
- Build a strategic, data-informed candidate pipeline that supports diversity goals and aligns with hiring needs.
- Innovative long-term strategies for employment branding that support the companys growth and expansion plans.
Who you are:
- Project Management Excellence: Strong project management skills, proven by a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years leading recruitment marketing, employer brand, digital marketing strategies, and 2+ years’ experience partnering with a recruitment marketing agency.
- Creative and Innovative: Demonstrated experience developing strategies for websites, social media, targeted campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
- Hands on/ rolling up your sleeves: Thriving to get things done and doing the work yourself, no matter what the task entails.
- Interpersonal and Collaborative Skills: Curious, innovative, data-driven, creative problem solver, collaborative, and capable of building positive relationships.
- HR and Recruitment Acumen: Strong understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Communication and Storytelling: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences
