Assignment Description

Our client is looking for an Incident Manager for an assignment in Copenhagen.

As part of the client’s transformation, they are changing the incident management function from the previous legacy systems and platforms to a centralized platform (Netcracker).

The client is in need of a consultant as soon as possible, to expand the function for P3+P4 (low & medium incidents) including:

  • Secure overview and reporting of all incidents (P1-P4).
  • Ensure progress and follow-up on all P3+P4 incidents.
  • Ensure Problem Management for P3+P4 incidents.
  • Ensure that the process for reporting errors is continuously optimized.
  • Suggest improvements to monitoring to pick up incidents as early as possible.
  • Secure data collection (e.g., MTTR, MTBF, trend analysis, benchmark against SLA, etc.)
  • Visual setup/maintenance of dashboards as well as setup of automated monitoring of selected applications.

Qualifications:

  • Advantage with insight into Telco platforms and systems.
  • Experienced in ServiceNow.
  • Experienced in Power-BI.
  • Super user in Excel.
  • Can simplify and convey technically partly complex messages in writing and orally in Danish and English.

Personal qualifications:

  • Structured, responsible and visionary.
  • Can work independently.
  • Business understanding of incident management.
  • Experience with visual display and analytical processing of data.
  • Is extroverted and proactive in relation to colleagues and business partners.
