Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with experience in conducting market fit analysis, business process mapping, eliciting user and business requirements, and managing global project rollouts of business applications. Experience in driving cross-functional projects is essential.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market fit, business processes, systems, and requirements to coordinate and plan technical and business layer application rollouts.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable plans and solutions.
• Develop an operations and support model for the business application by understanding user and market support needs.

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of rollout projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and communicate progress on project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource needs and planning implementation with other teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, plant teams, and digital stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and foster collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and industry best practices.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
