Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking DevOps engineers. Their team focuses on the software framework and integration, enabling the smooth flow and quality assurance of central base technologies such as mode manager and OTA.

As a DevOps team member, you will be responsible for developing an automated process for building and testing software. This software is primarily constructed at our client’s site using model-based design and C/C++ code. They utilize Zuul along with Git and Gerrit as the foundation of their Continuous Integration (CI) toolchain. The automated process you develop will encompass all necessary steps for creating and delivering a binary file ready to be deployed in their vehicles.

You will play a crucial role within a team responsible for shaping the future of their software production flow, including its CI/CD system, which supports hundreds of developers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an automated process to ensure software quality.
• Maintain and update current scripts/tools to accommodate evolving software requirements.
• Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance developer productivity.

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with continuous integration tools.
• Understanding of software development workflows and processes.
