Assignment Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master for an assignment in Oslo.

The assignment primarily involves on-site work in Oslo, so candidates must reside in the Oslo area.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate scrum events
• Coach the team and stakeholders in the value of Agile and adopting an agile mindset
• Empower the team to own and improve their way of working
• Help removing impediments

Must have:

• 7+ years in the role of a scrum master
• Experience as agile coach
• Experience with change management from Project to Product

Good to have:

• Experience with scaling frameworks (Safe, scrum of scrum…)
• Experience with other frameworks (Kanban, lean…)
