Assignment Description

Our client in banking is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Consultant for an assignment in Stockholm.

The client’s Procurement department is in need of one or perhaps a team of two consultants, who shall provide legal expertise for DORA and negotiation skills. The client needs help from someone to lead the renegotiations with their suppliers of ICT services agreements in comparison with the DORA requirements and make necessary adjustments to achieve compliance.

Background:

Due to the adoption of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (“DORA”) the client is required to ensure that ICT arrangements are regulated by contracts with provisions aiming at minimizing their resilience risks. The client is expected to ensure contractual obligations covering the requirements in DORA in all their ICT services agreements by January 2025.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of IT agreements and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge and experience of DORA
• Can work independently but will be in close collaboration with the legal counsels at Group Procurement.
• Degree in law, jur.kand or equivalent.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
