Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Senior UX Designer with strong design thinking and problem-solving skills for customer-facing product creation to join their team. You will play a critical role in designing and developing their new referral program aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and owner loyalty. Collaborating closely with both the Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and Engineering team, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing user-centric solutions for both their website and mobile products on the new car referral program.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product and Engineering Managers to take primary responsibility for conceptualizing and developing the user journey for their referral program.
• Design and deliver high-quality mockups and prototypes for website and app development, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with the User Experience Research team to conduct user research and gather first-hand user insights.
• Utilize user feedback and data to inform and iterate on design choices.
• Maintain a user-centered design approach, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, specifically with customer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of creating effective user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with user experience research, and experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Design experience with referral programs or loyalty programs is a plus.
