Assignment Description
Our client in the fashion industry is looking for a Solution Architect within SAP Stabilization for assignment to be performed on-site in Stockholm.
What you’ll do:
- Re-engineering solution lead
- Collect input and categorize initial SAP process & solution issue and risk backlog
- Run workshops together with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize backlog
- Coordinate root cause analysis across different functional streams and systems
- Support SAP functional and technical application experts in analysis
- Sync efforts in different streams and tracks such as incident process, problem management, product and project deliveries
- Monitor, follow-up and gather feedback
