Assignment Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking Salesforce Business Architect to our client, to play a central role in their digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing a business comprehensive Salesforce roadmap to aligning initiatives with business needs, goal and objectives.
This role is a business transformation with close collaboration with enterprise and business architects to seamlessly translate their business needs into Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• The creation and continuous refinement of a strategic Salesforce roadmap, outlining key initiatives, timelines, and milestones for the client’s Salesforce implementation. Ensure the roadmap aligns with both short-term and long-term business objectives, and facilitates agile, iterative development.
• Establish and maintain the overarching architectural direction for leveraging Salesforce to achieve business goals, focusing on maximizing the use of out-of-the-box features and minimizing custom development.
• Methodically map business needs to Salesforce capabilities, identifying optimal out-of-the-box solutions and necessary customizations to support the client’s unique requirements and processes.
• Produce high-level business solution documentation that outlines how Salesforce functionalities can meet specific business requirements, including process diagrams and feature lists. Develop architectural documentation to detail necessary data flows, integrations, and data sources.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and Agile Release Train teams, ensuring a unified approach to Salesforce implementation and maximizing cross-functional synergies.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices to continuously evolve the client’s Salesforce architecture and roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect or others).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Salesforce roadmaps in complex organizations, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, with a thorough understanding of its products, capabilities, and best practices.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly across different organizational levels.
