Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a Production Technician for an assignment in Lund.

As a production technician, you have overall responsibility for planning and improving production-related activities and you will actively work with optimization of the production processes, both in terms of technology and handling of equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Implementation of operator-related maintenance.
• Continuously work with improvements and optimization of production processes.
• Development of routines and instructions.
• Train factory operators in case of production changes.
• Participate in innovation-driven product projects and test runs in production.
• Coordination of maintenance activities and participation in their planning.
• Collaborate with maintenance managers in the development of maintenance plans.
• Development of investment proposals and running production improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated – a doer.
• Must be able to use LEAN and CAD.
• Spoken and written English, Swedish is meritorious
