Assignment Description

Our client is seeking a Sourcing manager/Specialist for an assignment in Stockholm.

What you’ll do:

  • Finalize customer service tender. Shortlist suppliers, evaluate offers, negotiate offers and terms and conditions. Finalize contract administration.
  • Negotiate commission for duty free products, draft and finalize contract with already chosen supplier.
  • Map and document the need and process from the HR side and coordinate with the IT department about what can be done in existing systems to then if needed go ahead and create an RFP, receive tenders, and go through and then ensure implementation.

Results:

  • To have case management system implemented, process documented and efficient way of working.
  • Assignment period: from now at least 2 month probably 4.

Requirements:

Offered consultant shall have:

  • Very good experience from procurement, negotiation and contract writing for complicated services. It is an advantage if they have experience of customer service procurements and agreements.
  • Very good negotiation skills. Good understanding of complex customer service setups.
