Our client in the banking sector is currently seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Consultant to join their team in Copenhagen.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in configuring flows, call recognition, language, and integration with Salesforce. Expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (formerly known as Genesys Pure) is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (formerly Genesys Pure)
- Experience in configuring flows, call recognition, language, and Salesforce integration
- Fluent in Danish
- Also, the candidates could still be good, if they are Swedish and English speaking.
Location: Copenhagen

Duration: 6 months initially, with potential for extension to a year
