Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Android Infotainment Developer who is passionate about developing the next generation infotainment system based on Google’s Android Automotive OS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software in the application and native layers of the AOSP stack for the infotainment system.
• Collaborate with UX designers, other designers, and stakeholders to define a coherent end-to-end solution.
• Participate as a team member with end-to-end responsibility for design, architecture, documentation, development, verification, and validation.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Software Engineering or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Android app and native development using Java/Kotlin and C++.
• Experience working with the AOSP and understanding of the AOSP build system.
• Familiarity with modern app architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and clean architecture.
• Good knowledge of Android testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Expertise in version control tools, particularly Git.
• Experience in automotive infotainment projects is considered a plus.
