Assignment description

For this role our customer is looking for a skilled CX Specialist who has a passion for making complex information simple and easy to understand. You have experience and deep knowledge in Interaction Design and CX Research methods. You are a strong communicator, who can turn complex research into insights that are easy to understand, no matter the CX maturity of the audience. In addition to working with CX Design, you will together with the CX team prioritize, plan, and improve our ways of working. You will co-create great user experiences together with other CX Specialists, using Figma as one of our tools for design and collaboration.

Requirements

  • With Research and Interaction Design as your main tools, you create experiences that customers love
  • You have experience in designing interfaces that can adapt seamlessly to different types of devices
  • You have a data-driven mindset, and experience of conducting both qualitative- and quantitative research
  • You keep up with trends and best practices in CX
  • You always design with accessibility in mind
  • You have experience in working with design libraries to create a consistent design
  • You have experience working in Figma or similar applications
  • You share knowledge, methods, tools, and best practices
  • You like to give and receive feedback and encourage others to do so as well
  • You enjoy collaborating and find it natural to network
  • You can self-lead, communicate, and enjoy taking responsibility

Language
Good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
