Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Test Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and methods for propulsion test cells.
• Maintain existing systems within the propulsion test cells.
• Implement test methods into the test automation system.
• Perform testing using the test automation system.
• Analyze test results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review test outcomes.
• Participate in the development of new test methods.
• Contribute to the specification of test methods.
• Enhance your professional competence in test method development.
• Build a network within the Research & Development (R&D) department.
• Establish connections within the Laboratory department.

Required Skills & Experience:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HW verification or test method development.
• Experience in embedded programming, C, Python, and interface design.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, CAN protocols, and measurement devices.
• Knowledge of fault tracing in complex systems consisting of hardware (HW) and software (SW).
• Experience in programming in a Test Automation System is highly meritorious.
