Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Junior Tech Talent for the Kinaxis Supply Chain – Advanced Planning Solution (Kinaxis RapidResponse). We are looking for a passionate individual who can lead one of our client’s product teams and deliver outstanding business value. You will join the Order Management & Planning product cluster within our client’s organization. This cluster delivers digital solutions that enhance the stability and consistency of the production plan, enabling shorter and more accurate lead times for customers. You will be integral to delivering on the company’s vision and ensuring efficient operations through their factories.

The Product

Our client is committed to enhancing supply chain visibility as the foundation for improved planning and execution. They have chosen Kinaxis RapidResponse as the cornerstone of their transformation journey. A product team is currently being formed to play a pivotal role in implementing and managing this solution.

Responsibilities:

• Create maximum value by working closely with the digital product team and the product owner.
• Prioritize work from the backlog from a business perspective to streamline execution.
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and position the Advanced Planning Solution (APS) to drive optimal business value.
• Communicate the short- and long-term vision of the product to the team and stakeholders.
• Participate in backlog refinement for minimal handover and maximum mutual understanding.
• Interact with architects and other relevant departments to understand key technological infrastructures.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of RapidResponse during the configuration phases.
• Provide hypercare post go-live.
• Drive continuous improvement through business requests and post go-live backlog management.
• Enhance configuration to boost performance and efficiency.
• Manage regression testing with routine software updates.
• Resolve end-user defects and bugs.
• Participate in sprint team demos and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• You are an experienced developer with a keen interest in technology.
• You have over 10 years of working experience, including experience with the implementation of modern APS SaaS solutions, preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse, within a high-demand product landscape.
• You possess strong communication skills, adept at presentations and building relationships with global teams and stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Required competencies include Supply Chain Management, Planning & Purchasing, SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, E2Open, and Coupa.

• Kinaxis RapidResponse Author Level 3
• Kinaxis RapidResponse Administrator Level 2
• Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Consultant Level 2
• Kinaxis RapidResponse Integration Consultant Level 1
