Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a talented Cloud / Hybrid Cloud Architect to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring the integration of key pillars such as security, operational efficiency, and governance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hybrid cloud platform solutions to optimize performance and efficiency across private and public cloud environments.
• Utilize your expertise in compute, storage, database, and backup technologies to architect robust infrastructure offerings.
• Implement best practices in security, leveraging patterns, techniques, and operational protocols to fortify their hybrid cloud setup.
• Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity using GitOps methodologies.
• Foster a cloud-native approach, encouraging the adoption of scalable and resilient architectures.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and operations teams to ensure the developer experience is optimized within the hybrid cloud environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud / Hybrid Cloud Architect, with a strong background in building and managing hybrid platform solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of core infrastructure components and their integration between private and public cloud environments.
• Proficiency in GitOps practices and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and consistency.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Azure Stack HCI is considered advantageous.
