Assignment description

In this role you will belong to the company’s Data Driven Services (DDS) team of ~24 people that consists of Product Owners, Backend developers, Data Scientists, UX/frontend resources and Testers.

The company works according to Scrum & SAFe and has three agile teams within DDS.

The Data Science agile team is a happy team of 4 Data Scientists, 1 Data Engineer and 1 ML Ops Engineer in the need of a ScrumMaster

In this assignment, you will:

• Lead the team together with product owners
• Facilitating PI Planning (prepare PI planning, draft PI plan, coordinate, create team objectives etc)
• Support iteration execution (facilitate team event like sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily pulse, retros etc)
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles

Your competence/experience:

• Several years of experience working in IT and in the role of Scrum master
• Works agile and is familiar with various agile methods – SCRUM/Kanban etc.
• A Scrum Master certification is preferred (CSM, PSM or other).
• A background within DataScience (either you are a data scientist yourself or you have worked with Data Science teams)
• Good written and spoken communication skills, in both Swedish and English

Plus: If you work as an DataScientist with knowledge from Pyhton, building pipelines and working with azure.
