Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Study Content Manager. As a Content Manager, you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of their Digital Health Products (web portals, mobile applications, and devices). The position is available in either Barcelona or Mölndal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product and study content throughout various stages of development and implementation as part of the Content Management Team.
• Lead Content Management activities for an assigned set of clinical studies that will utilize their client’s solutions, including content design, creation, translations, management, and publication in the CMS, supported by Content Publishers.
• Ensure an efficient and high-quality study onboarding experience.
• Collaborate closely with the content director, content managers, and content editors to lead, plan, assess, resource, reuse, store, process, and manage content.
• Work with Product Content Managers to ensure that all developed features are ready for study onboarding.
• Actively contribute to improvement initiatives and provide feedback within the digital health solutions.
• Enjoy working at a fast pace and in an agile framework.
• Be confident and able to speak up during wider cross-functional meetings.
• Maintain a fun, team-oriented atmosphere, and excel in GIF wars.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Communication, Media Information, Science and Health, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Manager.
• Experience with cloud-based or headless Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management systems (DAM).
• Good understanding of the content production lifecycle for pharma or highly regulated science-based industries.
• Basic knowledge of web publishing, HTML, and desirable knowledge of SEO, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting with internal and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem/conflict-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of dealing with ambiguity and creating clarity.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• Passion for working within cross-functional global teams and representing the needs of multiple customers in decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of Clinical trial delivery or the pharmaceutical landscape.
• Experience with Jira, Miro, and Figma.
• Experience working with headless CMS.
• Willingness to work globally, including international travel.
• Digital Project Management experience.
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment with strict processes.
• Strong passion for health or working within the Life Science industry.
