Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to effectively support the Head of Product Deployment and other Hiring Managers. The role involves managing the recruitment of contractors into the wider product deployment and support teams. The candidate should have proven experience in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for project-based roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality talent solutions to meet our client’s business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively and strategically source, screen, and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requests.
  • Support management by overseeing the recruitment process for contractors in an end-to-end hiring process.
  • Write clear and distinct job descriptions, including both professional knowledge and personal skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Management to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored resource plans.
  • Utilize effective assessment methodologies to evaluate contractors’ skills, competencies, and suitability for specific projects and assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to contractor engagement. Work closely with agreed suppliers, providing details on the types of roles and skills the company is seeking.
  • Manage all offer processes in an accurate and efficient way, with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contractor recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Certification(s) in recruitment processes and testing methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in screening, interviewing, and assessing contractor candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Global experience in recruiting and sourcing contractor talent across different countries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contractor engagements simultaneously.
  • Sound decision-making skills, with a structured approach to contractor selection and evaluation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in hiring within the areas of IT, R&D, and Pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in organizing networking events.
  • Vast knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or VMS (Vendor Management System) applications.
