Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a training and change lead to support the roll-out of their new e-commerce solution. The company is poised for significant growth, with ambitious targets set for 2030 that rely on digitalization across all pillars of the strategy.

As part of their digital transformation journey, a simplified organizational structure for Group Digital has been implemented since January 2024. The Sales & Service Value Stream now provides digital solutions and processes for sales and services, aiming to enhance both the digital customer and employee experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing training programs and driving change management initiatives for the roll-out of a new e-business platform. This platform will have a significant impact on the global organization and how they serve their customers worldwide. You will work closely with the global project manager and the assigned core team to ensure a smooth transition.

Hybrid Requirement: Needs to be in the office 3 days/week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training Strategy, Development, Delivery: Define the strategy, design, develop, and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders of the new solution.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Change Management Planning: Support the change management strategy and plan to ensure successful adoption.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Ensure understanding of needs, concerns, and requirements related to the roll-out and ensure their involvement throughout the process.
  • User Support and Assistance: Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the transition period.
  • Monitoring: Monitor the progress of training and change management activities together with the project manager, tracking key metrics and milestones.

Requirements:

To thrive in the role, you should have:

  • Experience in global projects where digital capabilities (process + system knowledge) have been enhanced, preferably in an international environment.
  • Skills in designing and developing training strategies and delivering training programs to a diverse audience and all levels of the organization.
  • A proven track record in driving successful change initiatives.
  • Experience with e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Preferably experienced in running hybrid projects and have a good understanding of agile ways of working (ideally SAFe).
