The company’s mission is making data from the core insurance system available for consumption through APIs.The team is responsible for development, Maintenance and Support of the Data Consumption Platform (DCP) Techniques and technologies in use are:

• MongoDB
• Kafka
• DevOps pipelines
• OpenShift
• Jira, Confluence, Teams, Sharepoint

The team is currently in the face of scaling up both in terms of size of team and also in terms of functionality in production. This creates a need for firming and establishing:

• Processes and interpersonal relationships
• Technical Implementation of control and monitoring framework for the platform

The company is looking for a developer and servant leader/Scrum Master with a genuine authentic lean/agile mindset and transformation experience, who has a solid background as an engineer/system developer and have a passion to work with people and for people. With your firm vision and understanding of what collaboration is you can self-regulate, know when to adapt and know when to stand your ground. You respect people and show the way by your actions and clear communication.

Being responsible for Data consumption platform increases volumes of external dependencies, experience from working in dependency intense environments is required. As well as support Product owner with stakeholder management.

The company is operating in a Scaled agile framework so there will be interactions and coordination of dependencies outside the team as well.The company is also operating in a regulated environment so you understand that there are perspectives and aspects that you as a leader also have to make sure the team delivers upon.
