Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Workstream Lead for Requirements & Design. They are specifically looking for someone who has previously acted as a Project Manager in a similar journey, rather than a generalist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the requirements & design processes are implemented consistently across Program Initiatives, taking ownership of the Requirements & Design process within the program and driving continuous improvements in the way of working.
• Driving workstream activities in alignment with defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Taking responsibility for the program’s Jira repository and ensuring effective use of Jira within the program.
• Acting as the Team Lead for Business Analysts, feature drivers, and solution architects assigned to the workstream.
• Ensuring close collaboration with other workstreams and initiatives within the program.
• Serving as the project manager of the workstream, including planning, driving, and monitoring all workstream activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Requirements Workstream Lead or Project Manager (or equivalent).
• Experience in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
• Experience working with requirements related to external vendors and standardized platforms.
• Experience in establishing and implementing requirements way of working.
• Knowledge and experience in Factoring, Leasing, or Asset Finance business.
• Experience with Jira.
