Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Project Leader Specialist. At our client’s Software Engineering Office (SWENG), they are responsible for System Safety, Cyber Security, Software Development processes, cross-project coordination, and technology planning. They support the organization with development capacity, planning coherence, and quality reviews.

You will be part of the Process & Operations team, responsible for their software development processes, project status reporting, quality assurance, and technology planning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive change tasks from the department.
• Drive change tasks from higher management.
• Lead and drive parts of the organization to increase software quality.
• Support the team with senior knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• Good knowledge and experience with quality improvement from several different aspects.
• Experience in driving change and deliveries with short time frames.
• Ability to create and implement necessary change activities.
