Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Change & Readiness Workstream Lead to our client. As a Business Change & Readiness Workstream Lead within the program you are responsible for driving the workstream to ensure consistency, alignment and efficiency throughout the program which means:

• Responsible for change management within the transformation program, which includes development of
• change strategy and planning, and follow-up of business change related activities.
• Responsible for planning and implementation of all training initiatives within the transformation program.
• Responsible for implementation of all changed business processes, driven by the transformation.
• Responsible for identification and updating of all business process related documentation, which could
• be changes to policies, instructions, process descriptions etc.
• Responsible for all communication, which includes communication within the transformation project, with
• internal stakeholders and towards external vendors and stakeholders.
• Resource management within the work stream.

Requirements:

• Senior Project Manager with at least ten years’ experience within Bank & Finance.
• Extensive experience from working with change management.
• Experience from working in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
• Experience from planning and implementation of training activities.
• Very good communicator, i.e. with very good ability to express oneself in speech and writing.
• Experience from working with external vendors located in different locations.
• Experience from working in a multicultural environment and understanding the complexity of it
• Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing and Asset Finance business.
• Strong drive.
• Excellent people skills.
• Administrative and structured.
• Swedish and English speaking and writing.
