Our client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst. Are you looking for an exciting challenge where you can make a real difference? They are looking for individuals who can support digitalization to better meet the needs of healthcare professionals, regulators, and patients. Their product, Unify, is a clinical trial solution designed to simplify the trial experience for all participants and help digitize clinical trials.

The role focuses on documenting the requirements for new business processes and applications/tooling to support those processes. The scope also includes working with external parties to define data integrations and flows, and implementing resulting applications and tools within the organization. Additionally, there is a need to produce training and guidance for application usage. The role will require leading discussions with team members and stakeholders, conducting workshops, and ideation sessions to establish organizational needs and capabilities.

About the Team:

You will be part of a digital product development and engineering organization that consists of many cross-functional and self-organized/managed teams. These teams have the people, skills, and resources to deliver their part of the product. They work closely with health professionals and patients throughout the company, each with many distinct roles. Main Responsibilities:

• Support research and discovery of value and benefits.
• Create accurate requirements documentation with key stakeholders.
• Define business processes and document them.
• Work with architecture and engineering teams, both external and internal, to define integrations.
• Support testing and verification of the resulting product.

Required Qualifications:

• Track record of requirements management within complex environments.
• Experience with agile and traditional development methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of best practices within requirements management.
• Extensive experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Extensive experience with various requirements management tools.
• Experience working within GxP compliance standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics and distribution.

Education/Experience:

• Business Analysis certification from IIBA, PMI, BCS, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• An agile certification of some sort.
• Educational background in computer science or a similar field.
