Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a CyberSecurity Engineer. As a CyberSecurity Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining the security and integrity of our client’s organization’s products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining robust product cybersecurity policies aligned with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Directing the implementation and continual enhancement of the cybersecurity management system, ensuring seamless integration across all teams and product lines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and update processes, guidelines, and documentation related to product cybersecurity.
  • Providing expert guidance on threat modeling and assisting in identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Offering strategic advice on cybersecurity requirements, risks, and mitigation strategies to bid and project teams.
  • Proactively monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging cybersecurity threats to ensure the organization remains agile and responsive.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to foster compliance and information sharing.
  • Delivering comprehensive training and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in developing distributed systems, scalability, and high-volume transaction processing is preferred.
  • Experience working with safety standards such as IEC 62443.
  • Good communication skills in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
