Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Platform Specialist Dynamics CE, Business Process Analyst, and CRM Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing their customer relationship management (CRM) platform, specifically Dynamics CE, to enhance business processes and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics CE, business process analysis, and CRM strategy development.

Responsibilities:

Dynamics CE Platform Management:

  • Manage and administer the Dynamics CE platform, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CE with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of Dynamics CE and recommend enhancements to maximize its potential.

Business Process Analysis:

  • Analyze existing business processes related to customer relationship management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and map out optimized processes.
  • Develop and document detailed business process models, workflows, and diagrams.

CRM Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to drive decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop personalized customer journeys and experiences.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Dynamics CE and related CRM tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting users with troubleshooting, customization, and best practices.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and knowledge resources for ongoing user education.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor CRM system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to address evolving business requirements and industry trends.
  • Lead regular reviews and assessments of CRM processes and workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in administering and customizing Dynamics CE or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience in CRM strategy development, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics CE, business process analysis, or CRM strategy (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate) would be a plus.
