Assignment Description

We are looking for an Internal Identity and Access Management Specialist to our client. As part of their ongoing efforts to enhance their security and efficiency, they are undertaking a comprehensive review, update, and improvement of their Internal Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes. This initiative includes critical areas such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Remote Access to sensitive applications.

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Specialist to join the team and play a pivotal role in this transformative project. The ideal candidate will possess a broad and deep understanding of Internal Identity & Access Management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing IAM processes. You will collaborate closely with four colleagues based in Vilnius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and improvement of existing IAM processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks to safeguard sensitive systems and data.
  • Establish and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure accountability.
  • Enhance the security and efficiency of Remote Access protocols for accessing sensitive applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on IAM best practices and policies.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of IAM processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in Internal Identity and Access Management
  • Experience in Privileged access management processes, Segregation of duties-processes and processes related to external access to sensitive applications
  • Experience from Documenting internal instructions, Policies and Guides
  • You will need to be driven, proactive and pedagogic
  • Being a team player that have easy to collaborate
