Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Business Analyst.

The mission for the D&A Core team is to transform the data ecosystem to empower their colleagues with trusted data. To support this mission, D&A Core has 5 core areas: Strategy & Transformation, Solution Partners, Platforms, Architecture, and Data Governance. These areas work together to enable data and analytics teams across the organization to deliver value from data while fostering a culture of collaboration and data excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and advise business areas in data quality and governance best practices, ensuring they align to the D&A Core standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Partners to understand business needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Consult and advise business area hubs on data quality, with particular focus on ensuring the alignment to the standards and how to embed data quality into their data products and business processes.
• Build and maintain stakeholder networks across business and architectural domains, acting as the point of contact for information architecture matters.
• Lead and manage a team of data quality and governance professionals, ensuring the team is engaged, inspired, and able to produce their best work while having career development paths.
• As a member of the data governance management team, be collectively responsible for driving the adoption of our client’s data governance framework across the business.
• Be a positive source of support within D&A, vocally supporting and encouraging the strategy and transformation.
• Proactively communicate the D&A vision and mission through informal channels.
• Embody the values and D&A cultural principles of our client’s organization.
