Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a project manager who will be pivotal in integrating technology and business strategies across various departments. This role involves collaboration with a range of stakeholders to ensure that digital processes are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with demand managers, suppliers, and hubs/spokes to understand technology and business goals.
• Interact with project managers, delivery management managers, heads of strategy, transformation, and portfolios.
• Engage with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of digital processes into day-to-day activities.
• Develop project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget allocations.
• Deliver the project scope at the right time, to the right level of quality, and to the right cost.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for the success of the project, as measured by the fulfillment of demand objectives and customer/requester satisfaction.
• Report on the progress of the project and its deviations regarding deliveries, deadlines, and budgets.
• Continuously inform the steering committee and other stakeholders about the project and required decisions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional project management skills.
• Proven experience in managing both customer-facing and internally facing products/services.
• Strong track record in managing projects within a large global IT infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on fostering team spirit.
• Excellent facilitation skills, with a knack for encouraging participation and collaboration in meetings.
• Solution-focused and results-driven; requires minimal direction and is proactive in taking initiatives.
