Assignment description

Our customer is looking for a Technical Project Manager. Common responsibilities for this role will be:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
• Set the product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog and communicate to key stakeholders.
• Lead and build a technical cross-functional team of engineers with a business value mindset to expert to execute and deliver value together with other product teams
• Maintain a close collaboration with key stakeholders and users to adjust strategy and priorities dynamically
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration across Product teams
• Identify and monitor KPIs, using them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities, adjusting course, and taking actions when needed
• Align with other Product Owners to ensure to ensure backlog, roadmap and dependencies to other products are maintained
• Monitor and manage the financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
• Ensure team skills & competence & setup is mapped against product tactical and strategic roadmap and any gaps are addressed.
• Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles

Specific responsibilities:

• Support adoption of new products and features
• Infrastructure scaling and technical architecture guidance
• Platform upgrade advisory, planning and implementation support
• Assist in large scale implementations of the robotic workforce and platform infrastructure
• Consult the customer in process design sessions and perform regular code reviews
• Advise customers on how to best implement DevOps models
• Help customers implement robust benefit realization tracking
• Consult the customer for optimal training plans and host workshops
• 3rd party tools integration advisory and implementation support
• Advise on program operating model and governance strategies
