Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Engineer to join the Product Compliance team within the Cluster Quality & Compliance Digital division (a part of Engineering Digital). In this role, you will provide capabilities for their stakeholders in the Quality organization with innovative digital solutions and work in a cross-functional agile team, predominantly consisting of full-stack developers. The vision for Product Compliance Digital is to ensure full compliance in quality reporting and to support the provision of the safest cars on the market. The tools provided are designed to simplify compliance reporting by consolidating data and automating analysis to achieve compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work within a cross-functional T-shaped team and, together with the team, be responsible for the technical solutions in specific applications.
  • Participate in and contribute to the DevOps practices.
  • Engage in the complete development process, from creating requirements to deploying code to production.
  • Be part of the Developer Community of Practice.
  • Build cutting-edge products and services that deliver value to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Java (Spring Boot)
  • Relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB)
  • Front-end technologies such as React JS, Angular, TypeScript
  • Github (actions and source control)
  • Azure Cloud Resources (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, IaaS/IaC)
  • Cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka)
  • Experience in Snowflake
  • Good understanding of Event-Driven and RESTful architecture
  • .Net Core (not necessary but a plus)
  • Experience in text mining and machine learning is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
