Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Test Automation Engineer – Driver Information.

Role and Responsibilities As an Analysis and Verification Engineer for Driver Information, you will:

• Work in agile cross-functional teams.
• Use your test expertise to coach team members on quality from a test perspective.
• Ensure testability in design architecture and function development.
• Write test cases and guide the team in automating tests for regression testing.
• Perform diverse functions necessary to achieve team goals, gaining insights from other disciplines within the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and run test methods in an automated test environment.
• Develop features in the test automation framework to enable more extensive testing.
• Report test results and provide appropriate recommendations to project management.
• Analyze issues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.Sc. in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Significant experience with Python.
• Experience in quality assurance of complex embedded systems.
• Experience working with CANoe, Jenkins, and/or Robot Framework.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in automotive and driver information and infotainment systems (instrument cluster, HMI, connectivity, telematics, audio, Bluetooth, navigation, speech, displays, etc.).
• Experience with systems such as Elektra, CarCom, or SystemWeaver.
• Experience in test automation, programming, or model-based development/testing.
• Valid driver’s license B.
