Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop CI/CD principles and review and modify them iteratively.
• Maintain CI/CD tools and platforms.
• Develop and maintain pipeline configurations.
• Automate processes.
• Assist operations and development teams in solving their problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on DevOps experience, working with automation, infrastructure, tooling, and developer workflows within the automotive industry.
• Script writing (languages are irrelevant).
• Ability to interpret and write source code (languages are irrelevant).
• Management of infrastructure assets (networks, servers, operating systems, databases).
• Familiar with software packaging tools (.exe, .deb, .rpm, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with Azure DevOps Services.
• Familiar with version control tools (Git, Subversion, Artifactory).
• Familiar with Gerrit.
• Management of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiar with security/vulnerability tools.
• Familiar with code coverage analytical tools.
• Familiar with monitoring tools.
• Ability to decompose complex processes into understandable components.
• Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
