Our customer is seeking a talented solution architect to lead the management of their Simcorp Dimension system within the Asset Management and Investment tech division.

About the Role

Based in Oslo, Norway, our customer’s team focuses on developing and maintaining IT solutions for both investment products and fund production. The new position is within the Fund Production and Asset Management department, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of their systems.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of the team, you will:

• Oversee the regular upgrades and maintenance of Simcorp Dimension.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to implement new features and resolve issues.
• Provide support to front office business users, particularly when the trading system application owner is unavailable.
• Collaborate with the skilled offshore team to monitor and ensure that services and jobs run efficiently.

Desired Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Extensive technical experience with Simcorp Dimension.
• Strong understanding of asset management and fund production processes.
• Previous professional experience in the asset management sector, preferably involving Simcorp Dimension.
• Advanced technical proficiency in maintaining, enhancing, and upgrading Simcorp installations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and execute tasks without managerial oversight.
• Effective communication skills in Norwegian are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .NET and scripting.
• Experience with task automation and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with front office operations and trading systems.

On-Site Requirements

Initially, you will be required to work on-site 100% of the time to facilitate integration and collaboration with the team. After this initial period, the expectation will be to work on-site 3 days per week.
