The Contract Administrator will manage rent contracts in the Planon system, oversee rent invoices, and support Group Real Estate with data extractions. A strong understanding of the IFRS16 framework and solid administration, accounting, and Excel skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer rent contracts and maintain accurate records in Planon.
- Manage and process rent invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Provide data support to Group Real Estate and prepare related reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS16 in all contract and accounting practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in contract administration, particularly rent contracts.
- Knowledge of IFRS16 and proficiency in Planon.
- Strong accounting skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
