Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with embedded systems, either in Embedded Software Development, Embedded Software Testing, or Automotive Diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C#, C++, and Mono.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong testing skills, specifically in Embedded Systems testing and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the V-model.

Bonus Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical development processes and the steps required to reach project targets.
• Experience with version control systems like Gerrit.
• Proficiency in programming platforms such as RobotFramework, MATLAB, and Simulink.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages, including CAPL.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Vector Tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTestStudio).
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as Inca, Lauterbach, and ETAS.
• Proficiency with other tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
