Assignment Description
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Teamcenter Business Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in proactively creating effective, scalable, and reliable solutions within the Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) area at our client’s Digital Core organization. As a member of the PLM Core Solutions team, you will contribute to designing and providing Teamcenter services that ensure a continuous flow of PLM capabilities to end users.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and test solutions and methods for enabling and improving PLM solutions in Teamcenter, particularly within the Printed Circuit Board management area for future vehicle programs.
- Manage stakeholders to understand customer needs, bringing value to the organization by using agile methodologies and thinking to collaborate within the team.
- Provide expert-level support to teams for cross-value flow solutions, enhancements, and developments.
- Partner with suppliers, architects, engineers, developers, and internal stakeholders to provide expert guidance on upcoming and innovative solutions and standardization.
- Educate users and entire departments on new or changed functionalities.
- Contribute to boosting team knowledge and driving continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the PLM area.
- Several years of experience with Teamcenter capabilities and configuration.
- Proven ability to be a team player in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills: ability to convey ideas in writing and verbally in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and non-technical individuals.
- Strong presentation and listening skills, with the ability to demo new functions to users and departments to gather feedback for further improvements.
- Strong understanding of customer needs to support organizational goals, with the ability to communicate these needs effectively within the team.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or the electronics industry is meritorious.
