Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a PMO Admin Support to join their PMO team. You will work at their office in Gothenburg three days a week, ensuring effective onboarding and offboarding of resources to the teams, as well as managing administrative tasks according to the hiring process. You will play a key role in creating the first and last impression of our client, ensuring that all newcomers and those leaving the team have the best experience.

The digital product development and engineering organization consists of many cross-functional teams that work closely together. Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding of new resources, including arranging background checks, ordering and preparing IT equipment, accounts, and other onboarding materials.
  • Administrate invoices, time reports, and contract extensions for consultants.
  • Oversee the offboarding process for leavers, including the collection of IT equipment and account closure according to standard operating practices.
  • Provide support with general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of previous experience in an administrative role within the IT sector.
  • Ability to identify and develop new tasks, anticipate needs, and act proactively based on expertise.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on building effective routines.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in interacting with people in various contexts.
  • Previous experience working for a global company.
