Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Project management for complex transformation project in the EMEA region, based in Gothenburg. Remote work is possible on an exception basis, subject to approval and agreement with the manager.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a detailed project plan: Develop a comprehensive roadmap outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Identifying and managing project risks: Assess potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establishing communication plans: Define communication channels and frequency for stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify deviations from the plan.
• Managing project resources: Optimize the allocation of human, financial, and material resources.
• Controlling project changes: Evaluate and manage change requests while minimizing their impact.
• Quality assurance and control: Ensure that project deliverables meet predefined quality standards.
• Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Risk management: Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Issue resolution: Address project-related problems and challenges promptly.
• Change management: Effectively manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Financial management: Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence.

Required Qualifications:

• Senior Project Manager with experience managing complex projects.
• Excellent proficiency in English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects at a senior level.
